Care throughout
your surgical journey

When an older person needs surgery, recovery can depend on more than the operation itself. PROAC works with your surgeon, anaesthetist and other specialists to support your medical care.

01

Before surgery

Medical assessment and optimisation where required, with attention to existing health conditions, frailty and medications.

02

During your hospital stay

Ongoing medical review alongside your surgical team, including attention to pain management, delirium risk and complex medical needs.

03

After surgery

Coordination of rehabilitation where needed, supporting continued recovery after discharge.
