    • Perioperative medical review and optimisation where required before surgery.

    • Inpatient geriatric medical review and co-management throughout the admission.

    • Coordination of rehabilitation after discharge, where needed.

    • Coordinated specialist cover when Dr Seymour is unavailable.

  • Proactive referrals are welcomed, ideally at least one week before surgery.

    Please include the patient’s details and planned procedure so Dr Seymour can review the request and plan her availability.
